It came very quickly, in 4 days. The provided ear tip is too small though so I'll be buying other foam tips. I wish it came with the original pieces. With the sound I can tell it's good, but I need to tweak the settings more and get better ear tips to seal out the outside noise. They are feature packed, but comfort of those earbuds is something to get used to, because they're different shape than anything I ever had. Looks like new.

    Sound quality is good. Noise Cancelling on ambient sound is great. But the MIC NC is still awful.

    I am a fan of Sony headphones and earbuds. The music reproduction is very good, and the NC for blocking noise on airplanes, coffee shops etc is superb. Sony finally added multi bluetooth to this version so that is a plus. BUT..... I have purchased Sony/Jabra/Pixel etc higher-end buds and NONE of them can block noise without totally muffling and distorting voice on outbound calls. I purchased these because the reviews were good for this specific task. They work fine in my mostly-silent home office, but if you are in a somewhat noisier environment they are simply unusable to take a call. (coffee shop, airplane etc). I get this is not an easy task as the mic is located well away from my mouth, but still surprises me that they cannot get this right...the mic in my Pixel phone ...

    good bluetooth and great battery life

    i have a pair of trueengine soundpeats earbuds,they are awesome. the sony earbuds have better bluetooth, and a little better fidelity and resolution of sound, much better battery life, though i was hoping they would be louder as i purchased them for pairing to my walkman nw-zx507 player. overall they are sufficient.wish i had something better to say about them.

    Not as good as the prior model

    The prior model fit my ears perfectly...this model does not. I've tried each of the plugs and none fit well. Sad, because the sound quality is nice, but when the buds don;t fit, you cannot experience it.
