Horrible experience! The ring that arrived looked nothing like the photo (see pic). I contacted the seller, who refused to admit (despite photos) that it was a different ring and instead, was rude and offensive. I had to have eBay step in to resolve the issue. Don’t believe their claim that they will returns are accepted.
