They sent me the wrong security camera
in a box that looked like it had been sent to several people previously
what i received was not what was in the listing
when i asked to return the camera they first tried to get me to cancel the return !!
then each day asked questions to delay the return
eventually eBay had to step in
eBay was very, very helpful
