The watch arrived very fast from Japan, with good communication throughout. If the description stated that it was a women's watch I did not see that, and so was disappointed when the small band would not fit over my hand, forcing me to ask to return it. The seller was very gracious about this, and again arranged what was needed for a return very promptly.
