The communication with the seller was excellent, and the item was properly packed and wrapped for shipping. However, the handles must have too aggressive with it and put too much weight on the product because the game box came to me damage and bent. It's not the seller's fault, I know with how much bubble wrap they put around the item. But the pieces are intact and pressing weight will help put the boardgame back in shape. I can't wait to play grandfather game that started Sorry and Trouble.
