This item was sent with ebays global shipping. It was sent as new and somehow after ebay received it one of the items was removed from the box and not sent to the international buyer. This is not my fault. I did try to explain how the buyer can submit a claim and ebay will reimburse but they still left negative feedback when not something I have any control over.
