    Amazing soundtrack

    Appears slightly heat damaged, which could have happened in the mail, but it plays just fine. I am so happy to get this soundtrack again!

    Great mimic the original tunes... Yet?

    The two actors, as June and Johnny, sang beautifully. I wish the soundtrack recording perfectly captured their efforts. You would think the recording engineers would replicate the outstanding movie sound. What I hear is modulation distortion on every track. What happened? If your looking for the movie magic music on this CD, you won't be able to find it. In this day and age, who would think you would find gross negligence in the creation of the movie soundtrack recording? No excuse for this. Sounds like the sound saturation point was ignored. Too bad, as those two really exemplified rollicking good, great beat singing fun.

    Walk The Line Soundtrack - Great Movie, Great CD!

    OK, I'll admit it. I am not the world's biggest country music fan. But I like Reese Witherspoon and I think Joaquin Phoenix is cute, so I decided to watch "Walk the Line" , a movie based on the life of Johnny Cash. Boy, was I surprised! Phoenix nailed Johnny Cash's voice, attitude, and soul, and to be honest, Reese's singing absolutely did justice to June Carter Cash's nasally voice. Reese has a fantastic singing voice. After the movie, I was humming songs from the movie that I hadn't previously known but caught my attention so much that they stuck in my head. So, I decided to but the CD. Never in a million years would I have believed someone if they told me I would be buying a CD of Johnny Cash songs!!! But I did. This CD which features Joaquin and Reese, also features songs by ...

    Great but not the orignal

    The actors did wonderful portraying Johnny &amp; June. But after growing up listening to the one &amp; only Johnny Cash; nothing can compare in my book! To be honest I like the sound of Reese Witherspoon better than June Carter Cash; she does an amazing job! I recieved this as a gift; but being I like the sound of Johnny Cash better than Joquain Phoenix this cd is not for me. Phoenix misses the depth of emotion that Johnny sung with! If you liked the sound of the artists on the movie than you will definitely love this cd. One downfall about this cd is that it doesn&apos;t include my favorite song that Reese &amp; Joquain did sing &amp; that is Time&apos;s A Wastin. Other than that if Resse would come out with her own cd sining most of June Cash&apos;s songs I would probably buy it to ...
