At first I loved working with the vendor he would communicate and worked with me on 12in butterfly valve price. Once I paid communication stopped really. The price was good the shipping was good. But product was junk I paid $1029 for be valves that were hard to open and close cause the seal pressed to tight on the waffle. Could not take apart cause pins were mushrooming. Installed could open and one of the handles broke. Let vendor know but there was no response!!!! Smh I have to rebuild these
