Item that I received was not as described. I informed the seller along with a photo to prove that the item was not what I purchased. At first the seller replied that that I received the item as it was described. I again provided information to prove that I did not receive the correct item. At that point the seller agreed to return (including return postage paid) and a full refund. From that point on the transaction went smoothly.
