    Excellent concept.

    I haven't really had a chance to use these recipes, but I have heard of doing them through several cooks and bakers. The main concept of it, is so you don't eat the whole pie at once. Portion control. Probably if more of us did this instead of wacky diets we would lose or control our diets.
