    Je voudrais d’abord vous remercier de l’opportunité d’avoir acheté ce dessin superbe du château de la famille où je suis né. Ensuite, je dois remercier la personne qui était responsable d’écrire mon nom sur l’enveloppe et en a fait une vraie boucherie! Joos n’a pas de “t” à la fin du nom et le restant de mon nom ne s’écrit pas en majuscule. Ceci fut fait intentionnellement et je trouve très regrettable de la personne responsable! Ebay vous a donné un nom et une adresse correctement! Pourquoi????

    Bonjour, L'ajout d'une lettre à votre nom est une simple erreur de ma part. Comme tout le monde, il peut m'arriver de faire des erreurs. J'en suis bien désolé et cela n'a rien d'intentionnel comme vous le prétendez. Quant à l'écriture de votre nom et de votre adresse en lettre capitales, c'était au contraire et effectivement tout à fait intentionnel, non pas pour vous offusquer, mais pour minimiser les possibilités d'erreurs de livraison postales. Vous avez bien reçu le dessin, j'en suis ravi.
