The seller wouldn't negotiate. He told me that there were other buyers interested so I had to place the minimum bid. What a suprise that the "other interested buyers" never outbid me. Just be honest and say you are not lowering the price. The guide was shipped carefully and in good packaging.

Buyer inquired about a very RARE Hockey Program on auction. He wanted to offer a price lower than ask. I had inquiries on the item and knew it was valued a good amount higher than ask so I declined. Obviously buyers have a choice to bid on a n item or not. Buyer then left this feedback apparently mad that others did not bid. I thought he would have been thrilled to receive at the opening bid price.
