    Indispensable if you need PoE support on 880 series routers

    Installing the product was a breeze as it came complete with mounting screws and everything. You just take the cover off, pop in the spacer screws, push in the card (even the card's placing is outlined on the router's PCB), screw it in, plug in the (included) power supply into the appropriate slot and that's it. The device is recognized immediately after powering up the router and doesn't need any configuration either. If any active PoE device is plugged into ports 0 and 1, it's automatically powered on. It doesn't support any passive PoE devices however (you'll need to purchase an active PoE splitter separately to make them work with this router). If you need to add PoE capability to supported 800 series routers you'll certainly appreciate this module.
