A portion of the item I bought was very delicate glass. It was wrapped in a bit of crushed newspaper, right against a heavier part. It arrived smashed into smithereens. Seller wasn't interested in refunding any portion of the cost, and I'm not interested in returning the item because the more important part of the item is hard to get and wasn't damaged. Maybe don't buy glass from these folks, this packing job was terrible.
