This is the best laptop I have ever used! It wayyy outperforms my MacBook and is faster than any computer I’ve ever used before. I got it for editing and it does it amazing with perfect smoothness. Admittedly I was nervous that it wouldn’t be as good as buying it brand new but the item came just like it was brand new! No cosmetic damages or anything and it came in its original box just like the seller says! My ONLY issue with it is that I hadn’t found out about it sooner! Great purchase!!

The computer came without the AC adapter end of the charger, only the cable came. Tried contacting the seller but got no response back in 3 days. Nowhere on the original post did it mention the lack of the adapter. I have ordered a new replacement charger myself, which costed $40, and since the computer came in dead, I have no way to test if it even works until my charger come in. Pretty disappointed.

    It's having a problem with overheating and it is finicky when it comes to charging, but my wife can play wow on max settings which she loves so major
