it is a quality steering column, it has all the features I needed & wanted, it was packaged extremely well, and arrived much faster than advertised, the price was much lower than many other sales advertisements, and the explanation of the unit on ebay's site was very well written, their after purchase policy on follow up help if needed was what sold me on buying this from them..........

Good seller because they communicated well when FedEx completely failed their delivery. Went a thousand miles past my location all over the country before it finally reappeared a day late. ordered on the 11th but did not get it till the 19th. I would never use FedEx Ground again. From New Jersey to Pennsylvania then went right past my house in Knoxville kept going to Chattanooga then to Covington Louisiana then to Houston Texas, back to East Texas then to Nashville and finally delivered.
