The seller's response time to my emailed questions was almost instantaneous. I was going to be out of town so they delayed shipping for a week for me. The plates were superbly packaged with foam separators and bubble wrap, then double boxed with packing peanuts between the boxes. Somehow 4 of 12 plates arrived cracked. I posted photos and the seller immediately offered a refund and I didn't have to hassle with sending the damaged plates back. The other plates look new. Overall, a great seller.
