Items were as described and seller communicated well until the items arrived and three pieces were broken. This was a big heavy order but the items were only wrapped in newspaper and cardboard. Reached out to seller to let her know and didn't hear back. Was not expecting any money back but acknowledgement would have been nice.

Sorry i just noticed your message, it was almost a month after you received the Item that you send the Message, I comunícate with you and never a response, even when you received the items, I send a message to make sure everything was fine and again no response, so I assume that everything was fine until now.
Sorry that 3 items broke if you like we can put a claim in USPS because if you noticed in one of the messages that I sent I told you I pay for extra Insurance out of my pocket to make sure
