Very honest seller and willing to help in any way. This figure was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and put in the original box and that box was wrapped in bubble wrap and put in another box. I think during manufacturing the head and one hand did not have enough glue on them to hold properly and came off the figure. The seller wanted to give me a big refund, but I only wanted $5.00 to buy glue to fix the figure. We settled on $10.00. This was not their mistake. They packed the figure properly.
