The product arrived damaged box torn seal clearly opened and they left the price they paid for it which indicated they charged me 4 times the amount they paid for it. I sent pictures of how I received the product - box damaged and seal broken inside box was ripped and torn - clearly not new. When I corresponded with the seller said I was willing to keep the used/damaged but was he willing to offer a credit of half $$ what I paid he accused me of not being honest.

Shipped a brand new sealed product to buyer. She received package and inquired if I will refund 50% because she buys the product and know how much it cost or watch my high feedback rating "crushed" I couldn't accept the extortion and bullying so she took pictures of old nasty box and used products for her return. While I am ok with temporary setback with my feedback rating and financial loss, I could not give her the satisfaction of hurting small business like mine. We serve with integrity.
