    Mh shopping experience was good, the item arrived and was as described, well packaged and working. What I didn't have any fun with was with Evri. I was waiting over an extra week for this to be delivered, all the while Evri telling me that they couldn't deliver or had failed to deliver for some unknown reason, even though this is a business address. I realise this isn't the sellers issue, but maybe the seller will reconsider using Evri in the future!

    Arrived with a remote control, head rest straps and mains charger all missing. The remaining items were all loose in the box with one cable tied up with a child's elastic hair band. Nothing was in a polythene bag as new should be. Obvious that this was a return but when confronted on email the seller denied it and insisted that it was tested before being dispatched, if that was the case, it would have been seen that it was incomplete. Had to start a return through ebay. Avoid seller at all cost.
