Very fast shipping—it took only two weeks to get from Poltava to the United States. I received 101 transistors in their original box w/ original data sheet, very cool. Measured on a Peak DCA55, the hFE ranged from 53 to 179, with an average hFE of 108 and average leakage of less than 9µA. The seller deserves a big shout out for not only including a photo of the results of a transistor test in his listing, but also for showing a perfectly representative test result.
