Instead of silver WiFi lock, received "HALO WI-FI" box with black "SMARTCODE" (non-Wi-Fi lock) inside. Unsuspectingly installed it and threw out box. Realized mistake, but when brought to attention of seller, the response I got was to "Refer to Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46)..." I eventually got a piddly partial refund of C$30. Feel very cheated. Company's customer support has apparently retired into the fiery underbelly of Satan to its demise.
