Never once was given the promised tracking number, even after being promised three times I would be notified...had no idea where the item was as 8 days and still marked pending shipment...inquiries netted stand form replies and did not address my concerns/questions. The package arrived, following day first notification of shipment and while it arrived finally, it was 6 days later I got the notified of the update. GET REAL...if this was due to third party shipper, get a better shipper. UNSAT
