I won the auction, paid immediately. After several days it shows not shipped so I messaged the seller. No response, my message ignored. Instead Ebay notified me that the seller canceled my order. I message them again asking what's going on. The seller finally replied with "inventory mix up" but that's not what they told Ebay. I strongly believe the seller expected to get more $$ for the item, listed with no Reserve, and when it sold for cheap, simply canceled the sale. Dishonest business.

As a previous review states. Seller has zero communication with buyer. Item paid for, seller marked item as shipped but item never sent to USPS. After multiple attempts to contact seller to rectify situation seller remains MIA. Seller appears to be new to ebay and has low sell count. Hopefully, seller can improve their customer service. Until then, buyer beware.

Beautiful teapot! The teapot was much prettier than I thought….and I thought it was pretty in the picture! I was a little scared that since the packaging was all paper that it might have broken during shipping but the teapot came thru!! Thank you so much! It will go well with my daughter’s wedding in May!
