The scooter was delivered quickly. We did have a problem with the brake system having been completely removed from the item, with some research and contacting the manufacturer was able to re-assemble...Youtube is an awesome resource! There was one bracket broken but don't believe it will be a problem with use. The seller was very responsive and made additional discounts for the inconvenience. An excellent experience for the price.
