received lighter on time...nice piece however is missing parts[flint spring retainer] with photos NOT showing this in ebay ad ...nor was this stated in ad...ad DID state that lighter was not working of course it won't without all of necessary parts being present and this was NOT shown in photos nor stated in ad...deceptive...and seller does not accept returns...decide for yourselves if you would do business with someone like this...i certainly won't in the future....
