Good product but disappointed in the seller. Autofilled wrong address for shipping and I acknowledged that it was my fault. I had contacted the seller within 2 hours of purchase confirmation to let them know, and they said it was already shipped. When I contacted UPS they said they did not have the package yet. Strange. Messaged multiple times asking seller to at least modify to a store pickup and they ignored most my messages. They had zero intension on helping and could've easily done so.

even when you ship fast, its just never enough. the reason UPS didnt have the package, is because our ups driver picks up packages when he drops off daily, and they do not get scanned in untl they get back to the hub at the end of the day.
we answered all of your messages, and told you to call UPS and request pickup. We do not know which location is most conveinant for you. Also, we need to ship to the address that is listed on your ebay profile per ebay policy. ridiculous.
