The package was delivered to a wholly different address 126 Earls Court Road, and has now been retrieved after they sent me a letter of explanation. saying they had received it in error.
This is totally the fault of the Royal Mail delivery, who lied about this and supplied fake delivery photographs.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter, which is now resolved for both items.
