The book describes itself as "Your Comprehensive study" however it to the most part (my opinion) is a minor collection of statements and recommendations. Most of which are missing the explanations as to the why and how that would make them actually useful to you.
The information is assembled in broad terms as if it was simply copied from somewhere else (my opinion again) and then formatted on double and triple space type to add volume in order to have a pamphlet of around 77 pages not 35.

On every aspect .ie Shelter building trap building and different berries plant light that were edible For the price I paid there should have been more. Communication poor, description, no communication price guide missing from this book. Shipping time was weeks before it was even shipped. Blamed the shipping on warehouse.
