Haven’t received item that I purchased. Shipped out January 16 and still has not arrived. I message seller yesterday that I didn’t receive item. Seller sent message and from what I understand from text, shortage on item. I asked was item shipped out on January 16 or not. No answer from seller yet. I informed her that I had ran out of the product due to the Christmas Holidays. I told her I had a order already place and should be getting it soon. Asked her if you wanted to wait or get a refund. Said her could wait. Send me a message on 01/25/24, and I informed her I had received it that day and it would go out on 01/26/24. The package was shipped, and then I get a request for refund, which eBay approved, with out telling me anything about it, until it was refunded.
