I'm extremely pleased with the remote I received. I've been without a remote for a few months now so I haven't been able to enjoy my bed to its full use. This remote has restored so many functions I've been missing out on. It took a minute for me to figure out how to pair it and although my original remote was a JLDK.30.03.20, everything works nearly the same. The only difference is in how to engage the safety lock, but the instructions are conveniently on the back of the remote.

I advised the buyer that there was an error in the listing and the item was sold out. I advised that we will have more in stock in the coming days, but they advised they couldn't wait. I refunded the buyer, and advised them I had refunded them and apologized for any inconvenience. This all transpired in 3 hours - I even advised them of other companies that had the item in stock if they needed it sooner.

They listed 9 Peter Millar shirts. I received 6 shirts two of which were not Peter Millar. After back and forth with seller I told that I will keep the 6 shirts and to credit me for the three that were not shipped . Seller said he credited and EBay would credit my card in 3-5 days.
That has not happened . Needless to say I don’t have much confidence in this seller.

There were (9) Peter Millar shirts sent. I offered the buyer a full refund, and would even send him a prepaid shipping label to return them, but he declined. I exhausted every avenue for him to be satisfied, but I truly believe he would be unhappy regardless the outcome. He wanted a full refund, before he would return the shirts, and I respectfully declined.
