This book is about my recovery from a gliding accident in Germany, where I was stationed in the Royal Air Force.I hope that my amusing experience will appeal to anybody connected with the military, however loosely, past or present, and anyone finding themselves trapped in a hospital bed for weeks on end and in need of a giggle.There are many diversions, both comical and insightful, about the great characters that I met along the way, giving a human-interest story and highlighting the wonderful recovery process in the RAF. There are plenty of interactions going on, enough to keep us cheerful while we all recover from our injuries.I explain about my accident and detail other gliding activities, plus I tell of other stories of my life, back then.

The seller is one of the best there is - high quality books, reasonable prices, securely packaged.
I do, however, recommend some changes to their shipping - they show a shipper (SortHub) on eBay, but the tracking # they email is for a different carrier. It’s difficult to know where my purchase is.
This time, it was delivered a week late. In the grand scheme of things not a big deal. But it shouldn’t be this difficult to accurately track my purchase.
