    This FANTASTIC book helped me in my teaching of history

    This book gave me an insight into the lives of both John and Abigail Adams. History books do not usuallygive the personal insight into the lives of the men and women. This book gives insight into the Adams family and the prominet figures in our colonial-early US of America. Yes, it is long, but McCullough keeps you interested by his insight and stories of his subjects.

    This is an excellent book.

    This book highlighted the life and achievements of a great man. It gave wonderful incite into the minds of the men who created what is the United States of America. John Adams helped me understand the people involved and the trying times that they went through.
