When the package arrived, it was in very rough condition and had broken pieces that prevented it from functioning. I sent this seller a few pictures and let them know what happened and they immediately made things right and replaced the broken product. Server cases work and are as described. An air shroud was missing, so I asked about it and they sent it to me the next day. I'm very pleased with my interactions with this company. They we a bit more expensive for the server cases, but with the free shipping, it turned out being cheaper. And they don't charge shipping for returns. This is a solid company and I check with them first for future purchases. Thanks for a great purchasing experience.
