New to Ebay. the buyer does not realize pre-sale is subject to the U.S.Mint actually sending the silver proof sets out on schedule. The Mint pushed the shipment schedule back 45 days. The buyer did not want to wait for the shipment and asked to cancel which I did and refunded the purchase price. Negative feedback in this instance is totally incorrect and the buyer should revise it. Mint schedule is out of ALL sellers control.
