    Save the date, this CD’s a keeper

    Haven’t listened to my new Lennon CD yet BUT I did have the LP and this is the only Lennon Album I care to have, good stuff before he went to far out.

    Digital vrs Analog - Analog Wins!

    The Analog Record had better tones and quality. There are missing nuances and sub tones both in the voice and music. Analog to Digital music recordings lacks these qualities! This is the reason for my NO on quality and recommendations. If there was a third category except Yes or No - I would have chosen that. Other then the above it's OK.

    GLORIOUS ASSUMPTIONS

    IMAGINE is a great look into post-Beatles thought of Mr. Lennon. He takes on a more political stance in some of these songs but it is not overtly done to the point of annoyance. I enjoyed all of these songs, some of them more than others including my favorites "Imagine", "Crippled Inside", and "Give me some Truth". The album is excellent and worth it for the title track alone.

    Every Lennon fan should own this.

    Arguably John's best / most famous album due to the title track. Also includes his scathing attack on former bandmate Paul M. with How Do You Sleep? But let's not forget the touching Jealous Guy and Oh My Love. - Rich McL.
