      While the dongle looks like something with sharp teeth tried to bite it, it functions just fine. The steps from the seller are accurate for pairing, but one suggestion I would have for the instructions is if the device doesn't pair, then to download the firmware update from hyperx and then try pairing. Worked immediately after I updated the firmware.
