(1) seller quoted one price for shipping but charged more. (2) seller never said that when you return, he does not refund the outgoing shipping. Thus, when you return, he steals from you. He is required to state that policy and he does not. (3) seller will not communicate once you call him out on the issues. He misrepresents his policy, knows he's doing it, and then ignores you. (4) seller still owes me $9 which he stole from me.
