Much respect for this seller. Because of a mix-up in warehousing Seller contacted and explained problem, offered and made immediate refund. Then offered several similar items at discounted price. Which was quickly tendered for shipment and arrived packaged well and arrived a few days later. A+++++

Seller sent much smaller and wildly incorrect item, wouldn’t allow me to return it for the correct one, instead cancelled the order and used “buyer cancelled order” to avoid an account defect. I never requested a cancellation. Another case of a seller selling an item cheaper than they expected, then trying to get around eBay rules to not send the correct item. Really sick of this trend from unscrupulous sellers.

Seller claimed that package was lost i initially and then when I pointed out it hadn’t been picked up said it was they couldn’t find it. Sent me a larger but inferior item. Not even close to the same quality but I did accept the exchange.
Contacted me after to tell me they ‘found it and could sell it to me’ if I wanted. No thank you. Will not do business with again.
