Purchased/paid for item immediately including shipping. Seller requested additional shipping due to incorrect calculation and told me item would not ship right away as ebay was withholding payment. I showed seller ebay policies (see images): seller not allowed to request additional shipping/ebay withholds payment for new sellers. Seller requested week to ship/refund. Requested refund and instead seller shipped. Seller provided tracking, item was as described, packaged well, arrived timely

The buyer received everything purchased on time and in excellent quality. All minor issues that arose were resolved promptly and without delay. The seller even paid half of the actual shipping cost instead of the buyer. But the buyer is still dissatisfied. There are such eternally dissatisfied customers in the world, it’s good that they are a minority.
