The mic arrived on time and it was in perfect condition, arguably better than described. It doesn't even look like it was ever used. Came with the manual and warranty and the QC certification card. Seller responded to messages in a reasonable time and was very helpful. They even offered worry free returns in the event that the item was not as described or didn't work.
