I don't think so . 1) I've never seen a resealable bag on any DVD, 2) I bought a copy of this at SDC in the day, and it was in a sealed package like all the other dvds I've purchased. I'm glad they didn't claim new, or I'd have had an issue with that due to smudges. It was however in the condition they stated, VG, so kudos for that. Thank you.
