Not a good experience overall. Firstly, item was not as described in its specifications. This made it unusable on my bike so I had to go through the hassle of returning it. Since the item was large and needs proper packing, it was additional headache.Additionally, communication by the seller was not good. They failed to inform me that the item was going to arrive late even though they had prior knowledge of having missed the shipping deadline. It was only after I prompted them that I found out.
