    Cooking with Coca Cola

    Is there anyone who doesn't know about Coco Cola? Sure you've all heard the horror stories about how it can clean rust off metal or dissolve pennies,....but I like to think that when you cook with Coca Cola, the soda you grew up with, you are adding great flavor to everything from your meat to veggies, salads(good jello recipes!) and of course those luscious desserts. One of the first things I made using Coca Cola was the "Easy Baked Beans." A lot of people already know what super flavor it adds to ham as a glaze, but have you tried it in baked chicken breast? Good stuff! This book is not only about the original Coco Cola but about their other drinking products such as Sprite, Fresca, Mello Yello, Minute Maid juices and even Cherry Coke! Their famous Coca Cola Cake is in this book also. ...

    Cooking with Coca-Cola is great fun.

    I love Coca-Cola & cooking, so this is a perfect pick. I bought the book for a Coca-Cola cake recipe, and have used it for about 10 other things so far. I like to come up with new recipes using things I already have in my kitchen. This book has so many new and innovative ways to use pop as an alternative ingredient. It's neat to think that Coca-Cola was used for medicinal purposes, and now, for cooking!
