The case is wood & the chime sounds very nice but it is all plexi-glass & gold plated plastic. For the price I would've expected glass & metal. The seller is very nice responsive, helpful with answering all questions & provided extra pictures & checked that everything worked before I purchased it. She is a fast shipper & packaged it well.
