The Master of Polyester is back in another Leisure Suit Larry adventure by Al Lowe. This is the first Leisure Suit Larry game to feature high-resolution graphics and the improvement over its immediate predecessor is tremendous. <br><br>Once again, players take the role of Larry Laffer, a loser who seems oblivious to certain real-world conventions. Larry is stuck in the somewhere between 1977 and 1982. Worse, he thinks he is an object of universal sexual desire, while the truth is quite the opposite. In reality, he's lucky if the women he meets find him amusing instead of just plain offensive.<br><br>Larry is on a vacation cruise in this episode. The objective in Leisure Suit Larry: Love for Sail is to win the affections of the cruise ship's commander, Captain Thygh. Larry's only chance of even catching the eye of the beautiful Captain Thygh is to win events in the "Thygh's-Man Trophy" competition.<br><br>Some of the events in which Larry must participate to win the trophy (and Captain Thygh's attention) are the Best Dressed competition, the Sexual Prowess contest, the Bake-Off, and the Craps game. Since Larry is far too much of a loser to win in any of these events on his own merit, he'll have to cheat. The player's job is to help him figure out the best way to do that.

    It came with a scratch and sniff card <3

    One of the finest Leisure Suit Larry installations ever to come out of Sierra! The humor of Al Lowe is top-shelf, and below deck on this one. It was developed on a northwest facing slope which allowed longer ripening time, resulting in an intensely structured game. Using a majority of French oak, the artists were chosen to lift the fruit and add nice toasted spices to the finish, as well. You can taste the pedigree of this finely aged adventure game, and I recommend you do so soon!

    LSL: Love for Sail! (PC Games, 1996

    I bought Leisure Suit Larry: Love for Sail! several weeks ago and was shocked that it would not install on my 64 bit Vista, Ultimate System. After recovering from my initial dismay, I googled Leisure Suit Larry, 64 bit, Vista Windows Installer: Downloaded: " leisure_suit_larry_7_english_install_20080921 " The patch installed the CD properly and the only thing left to do was go inside the sub-directory to make a shortcut of the .exe file to my desk top. 14 years of haze on how to play the game soon evaporated as my memory returned on playing the game when the "fire" begins to burn LSL (in his underwear) on top of the bed.

    Hilarious!

    I think this was one of the best Larry Games made. The dialogue between the characters is clever and actually funny. The mini-games are pretty interesting... such as, instead of "Where's Waldo" it's "Where's ______". I dont think I can write that in the review. Overall, I just enjoyed playing the game all the way through. A Classic!

    Great example of a cheesy 90's adventure game. If you loved the Leisure Suit Larry games as a kid, just know that they haven't lost any of the charm over the years.
