    great for live performance. Needs stereo outputs.

    You can get great sounds from this pedal, and it's pretty flexible for live performing. Nice choruses and pitch shifting, as well as reverb. EQ is good too. I would personally trade the ability to record with USB and the Cubase software for stereo out capability and computer editing interface for editing onboard sounds via USB. This is because I want it primarily for live performance. It's nice to have the volume/whammy style pedal for volume or effect parameter control. Overall a great effects/preamp. I gave it 4 stars (as opposed to 5) because of the lack of stereo outs.

    A steal!

    This is a nice little pedal. I have used it with both 6 and 12 string guitars, and it complements each in different ways. Definitely better on the 6 string, especially if you have a quality electro-acoustic. A passive pickup or a weak active pickup won't give you what this pedal is capable of. Choruses are especially nice, and the tremolo is very useful. I have used it as a DI as well as plugging into a small acoustic guitar amp, both with fabulous results. Haven't tried the recording through USB feature at this point, though I did not buy the pedal for that. The switches are very solid and the expression pedal works like a dream. I was afraid it would be a bit small overall, but it is fine with my size 12 shoes. Totally worth the dough--I paid $110 for mine and have NO regrets.
