Thanks to eBay they were able to reimburse me for the product that never arrived. The Seller had my correct address. Received two orders since - NO PROBLEM. Never have had a problem with eBay in 10 years of service! KUDO'S TO EBAY!!!! My watch was stolen - why not be gracious. I would have paid for the shipping again.
