I made an offer on this pick, he made a counteroffer and I accepted. He contacted me within minutes stating that it was ready to ship and just needed payment which I sent within minutes. When I asked how he acquired the pick because it is rare, his tone changed. He asked how rare and did not ship. He stopped responding questions. I question if it is an actual tour issued pick or a replica. I requested a refund which I received within minutes. Now posted for 200 more than original price!!!
